What is a delivery time of my order? Your order will be delivered within 7 working days in India. Please note Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days. Please also count for additional days towards holidays. Refer to our shipping policy

  • What is your return policy?

 

Returns are only available on pieces which are damaged in transit. In such cases, please click a photo and mail it to us to orderaakar@gmail.com or whatsapp it to us on +91 9820896035 within 24 hours. On approval from the team, you can send us the piece to our office address. We will repair the piece or replace it for you. If the piece is not available in stock we will send you a credit note. Refer to our returns policy

Aakar believes in addressing customer choice. We design custom made jewellery for special occasions to suit individual choice. Please get in touch with more details for custom made requirements. Allow us some more time to create designs to make your special occasions memorable.

  • I did not receive my order. What do I do?

Please contact us on +91 9820896035 or write us an email at orderaakar@gmail.com with the purchase details and we will initiate a search process with the logistics company.

  • Is Cash on Delivery [COD] available?

Cash on delivery is available for most pin codes in India. The state government policies for every state differ on the amount to be collected from COD. In case our courier company is not able to offer COD for your state, we will let you know over phone or email. We charge a convenience fee of INR 75 for COD mode of payment.

  • Is there any guarantee on your products?

We use best quality raw material that is allergy free.  However if you are allergic to non-gold jewellery we do not hold any responsibility to any kind of damage

Since most of our products are crafted in metal alloys we do not provide any guarantee. However, we will service your needs of re-polish / inlay stones replacement/ repairs for breakages/ soldering etc. at an additional cost. To service these needs in best possible manner, we encourage you to visit to our office.
